About Our Shirts
Where are the designs made?
The designs are made 100% in Singapore. The shirts are currently sourced from the USA.
The shirt I want is sold out! What does it mean when an item is sold as a Pre-Order?
If the item you want is sold out, don't worry! Our Pre-Order tees are still available for ordering, but they are made on-demand. This means we'll start processing your order right after you check out and receive your order confirmation email.
To ensure we can get your Pre-Order tee to you as quickly as possible, please note that no changes can be made to your order after 4 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
How long does it take for my shirts to reach me?
In-stock tees will reach you within 2-3 working days.
Pre-Order tees will reach you within 10-30 working days.
What are the shirts made of?
All our shirts are made with 100% airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, made with love in the USA.
I don't know my size! Can someone help me?
We have a size chart available on each listing, in the photos. If you have an enquiry regarding which size would best suit you, simply leave us an enquiry on our Contact page, or drop us an email at hello@prjct.store, and we will get back to you within 24 hours :)
Payment
How do I pay for my order?
We accept major credit/debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard (via Shopify Payments). Your card will be charged once your order is dispatched.
What information do you require?
When placing your order, we'll require your credit or debit card number, expiration date, and CVV number. (The CVV number, or "Card Verification Value," is a 3-digit number located on the signature strip on the back of Visa and MasterCard branded credit and debit cards).
What security measures are taken to ensure the validity of my purchase?
All credit/debit card transactions undergo authorisation by the credit card company. If authorisation is refused or not granted (for any reason), we will be unable to accept your order.
Ordering
When will I be charged?
After you've placed your order, we'll secure a credit card authorisation. Once the item is dispatched from our warehouse, we'll initiate payment processing from your credit card.
Can I make changes to my order?
We typically start to process your order as soon as we receive it, therefore we might not be able to cancel or change your order. However, you may drop us an email at hello@prjct.store if you wish to make any changes to your order and we'll do our best to accommodate accordingly.
Oh no! I checked out too fast. What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have placed my order?
If you realise that your personal information is incorrect after placing your order, please reach out to us at hello@prjct.store.
How do I know if my order was received?
Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive an email confirmation containing your order number and details, acknowledging receipt and confirmation of your order.
Upon shipment of your items, your card will be charged, and we'll send you a delivery confirmation email with delivery details and tracking information.
Returns and Exchanges
What is the Return and Exchange policy?
There are strictly no refunds, returns or exchanges for Pre-Order tees unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
We accept exchange requests for ready stock items within a 7-day period from the date of receipt. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, we regret that we cannot accommodate an exchange.
You are responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund amount.
Any exceptions to waive shipping costs for returns are solely at our discretion.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
Shipping
What is your shipping policy?
For local (Singapore) orders, we have free shipping for orders once an order amount above $60 is reached. For orders below the stated order amount, a flat rate delivery fee of $4.50 will be applicable.
Where do you ship from?
All our items are shipped directly from Singapore. Please do kindly note that shipments may be delayed due to public holidays, local customs administration and other unforeseen circumstances.
How can I track my shipping status (local orders)?
A tracking number will be updated on your order confirmation email that will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Kindly look out for this email, as it could have ended up in your email spam folder, or junk mail folder.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do! We offer free international shipping for orders over $200. Otherwise, kindly refer to the following chart for international shipping fees:

We will also not bear responsibility for any customs duties or import taxes where applicable in your country of receipt.
I am an international customer but my order has not arrived. What should I do?
As an international customer, if your order has not arrived, please contact us by emailing hello@prjct.store and provide your order number for us to assist you with the status inquiry. We suggest reaching out to us or contacting your local postal service for further information. Generally, orders should arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of shipment. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any tampered or lost packages.

We prioritise your privacy and security above all else. Your information will only be utilised in accordance with your preferences. When you make purchases on our website, we safeguard your payment details by encrypting all your information before transmitting it over the internet.
